Teaching Tai Chi at Henry Mayo Fitness and Health Center!
Today, we embraced the tranquility and grace of Tai Chi in our usual 90-minute class. It was wonderful to see everyone putting their best foot forward in the Catch the Sparrow position!

We flowed through the Qigong Ba Duan Jin exercises, enjoyed some deep stretching, and practiced the beautiful Yang Style Tai Chi techniques. Each movement brought us closer to harmony and balance.
