Alex's Gambashidze birthday
He chose to celebrate his special day at Kung Fu of Golden Dragon Martial Arts School with his fellow Dragon Warriors. His reward? A fun-filled day he will not soon forget!
Alex got to ring in his 10th birthday with all of his training buddies, engaging in such fun activities as King of the Mountain, Mega Tug-Of-War, and movie watching. There was even a piñata to be busted, which proved a much more difficult task than any of us expected! Afterwards, the kids got to do battle against Dmitry & Bohannon as well as each other in an exciting game of Jedi versus Sith-Saber Battles. Not only did they get to test their fencing and sword fighting skills, they also got a taste of what it means to work as a team to achieve your objective. Nothing like having fun and learning at the same time, right?
All of our birthday parties to date have been sweeping successes, with our guests of honor ending the day with a beaming smile, happy heart, and a full belly from our many delectable birthday treats, if not also a bit tired from a rigorous workout. If your run-of-the-mill trip to Disneyland or the Go Kart track has become old hat, have us cater your next birthday party or big event here at Kung Fu of Golden Dragon.

Currently a student in college (on my last year!) I have been taking Kung Fu with Dmitry for about 6 months now, and I've only seen positive results. Dmitry's positive attitude and his personality attributes help the one-on-one feel less like I'm at a lecture, although you could say a class is a class, to which I'd disagree. I've taken multiple sports in highschool as well as the beginning of my college years, and I'd go as far to say that this form of physical education is something so unique, it's not just your typical fitness routine It's more than that. Aside from the benefit of physical exercise, the breathing exercises, qi gong, helped me relax my mind which is something I haven't felt in a while, made me much more concentrated, mindful and surroundings overall. I believe if it wasn't the Kung Fu exercises, I would've never been able to do as well in this last half a year at college as I am now. Martial Arts has for sure implemented itself into my life and is very very important to me. Thank you!

Master Dmitry has been a fantastic teacher for me and my entire family, primarily for my children! They just love him! If you're unaware, Dmitry isn't only a great trainer for adults, but also teaches kids, ages of 5 and up, making him not only a variety trainer... My children get the activity and exercise they need, as well as knowledge about the arts and techniques for self defense. This is very important to us. As someone with his own kids, Dmitry has perfectly understood the approach to ours, and how to have fun while also making it their favorite extracurricular.
